The participation of women in political life in the South is deeply rooted in history, as it was noted that their participation was before independence. They have stood alongside men to defeat colonialism. She went through many stages, especially holding leadership positions within the ruling party in the South. The positive role of women in political and partisan life also has been continued after the endorsement of partisan life and the multiplicity of political platforms after 1990.
