If the north is still suffering from the scourge of extremist groups, the south has faced many impacts, which has the same level as what the south has faced. The responsible for this all is due to the wars that have had great effects on Yemen. and among these effects are violations committed in the most basic rights that every human being is supposed to possess, and it is one of the minimum rights according to human rights standards. The violations are due to the lack of security, the absence of oversight, and the role of the competent authorities (the government). In its light, killing spread, infringement of the rights and property of others, and drugs are the greatest things that people are exposed to in the current period. Voice is due to societal secrecy, the weakness of the person whose right has been violated, and the absence of the role of the authority that is supposed to seek to stand by the victim and restore the rights that were taken from him or her.

My dear teacher, (P.S.G), tells me that her mother, Umm Nasir, was exposed to a painful incident several months ago, and the area was abuzz with that incident that occurred in the Trace area of Seiyun district on (202214122 AD), where the mother was attacked by a rabid dog in a Masjid Al-Jalal farm while she was doing her work in the morning. She told us that she was alone on the farm and surprised by the attack of a rabid dog on her face. The victim could not escape from the attack of the dog, which devoured parts of the face and deformed the victim’s face. After he cried for help, a passerby rescued her at the farm. The dog was beaten and killed, and the woman was taken to the hospital in an emergency. The emergency department under the supervision of nurse Issam Ghaithan, and the victim received the necessary treatments within four months, including needles and rabies vaccines, and the face was tied for some time until the effects of the deformity began to gradually disappear. A report was made to the Seiyun municipality to come down and poison the dogs, as they have become a threat to the environment and the safety of the area and its residents, but also to no avail, as the municipality is waiting for an order from the concerned authorities to quickly move Her condition ceased when she received any notifications of going down to collect the daily waste, and they responded that they demanded an increase in allocations for going down and poisoning the dogs. Also, danger might befall them in the event of going down and poisoning the dogs, or a danger to the environment if they did not remove all the poisoned dogs
