This is what Maryam believes in from an early age, and she has a dynamic personality that made her reach what she is, but some do not agree with Maryam and even criminalize her faith When organizational groups(Al-Qaeda) occupied the city of Mukalla and imposed their delegates on all government headquarters, including universities, arbitrary measures appeared to them that were dyed in the color of bloody terror and dark extremism against women, and they tried to prevent them from practicing their work under that a woman’s work is her home and everything she does outside the home is considered a crime against herself and the community.

The most conscious and perceptive women cannot be under the cloak of people who have made themselves gods who allow and prohibit whenever and however they want, so Maryam could not withstand the pressure of terrorist groups that claim to be religious in continuing her work in the field of teaching at Hadramout University because whoever submits to them requires stupidity from him limited in thinking, and because those who stand in the face of such groups understand nothing but petrification and injustice, far removed from the law and tolerant humanity, they are subjected to all forms of intransigence and injustice. as she was subjected to beatings and also to psychological pressures because of the deprivation by the representative of groups who were the responsibility of the teaching headquarters, who is present at the time inside the university, of her right to perform her work duties.
Maryam informed the security authorities at the time, which were subject to those groups in the so-called “Hesbah headquarters”, after the groups of the organization transformed the capital of Hadramout “Mukalla” into an emirate under the control of Al-Qaeda. She has a medical report showing the extent of the assault and the physical violence she was subjected to on the “university campus” – no wonder or astonishment – so whoever permitted the sanctity of women, peace be upon the sanctity of the world, and on top of it the “sanctity of the university” – as all these terrifying scenes occurred without any of the workers presenting, and those responsible for its protection, since everyone has, unfortunately, become subject to the guardian appointed by the organization, the organization that threw all human and societal norms behind the areas of consciousness and mental subconsciousness.
Amid everyone’s silence, the university guard was a witness to all the violations she was subjected to, and he was the one who testified with her when she submitted a criminal report and demanded justice for herself after the city was liberated. Society’s abandonment of her, made her hopes of recovering her right go unheeded.
Where the security authorities did not respond to her at that time in a serious manner and considered her complaint secondary within the framework of their work tasks to establish security and fight terrorism, and with these irresponsible arguments under the name of “the circumstances of war and conflict” Maryam found herself without a job, and according to the law, she is disconnected and has the right to cancel her contract and replace it with another.
All this made Maryam suffer from pain and great psychological pressures, as the medical drugs she is taking until this moment stand helpless in front of her, so her limited therapeutic energy falls down in prostration to her ology. Let her down on a plate of grief – not only this – the signs of violence are still imprinted on her body, as for the psychological pain that redraws the features of her new personality entitled “Psychological Isolation”
How not!? In addition, she was the one who used to say, “No matter how small our hands are, our dreams caress the stars.”
